Your life insurer won't be able to raise rates on an "In Force" life insurance policy. The exception might be if you have a term life policy that's coming up for renewal. If you choose to renew your term policy for another term, the renewal rate will increase based on your age at renewal of your policy.
You'll also want to be aware of your life insurance policy's "Contestability Period," which is the first 2 years of coverage in most states (one year in some).
If this is a newer life insurance policy and you die during the contestability period, the insurance company has the right to conduct a deeper investigation into your medical history.
The insurance company will want to see if you failed to disclose important details on your life insurance application or otherwise misrepresented your health. And a material misrepresentation can trigger a denial of a life insurance claim.
