There are several differences between these two types of life insurance plans.
Guaranteed issue life insurance is a type of permanent life insurance policy that provides you with guaranteed approval if you meet the age requirements; for example, guaranteed approval for people ages 45 to 85 years old.
Whereas, a non-guaranteed life insurance policy may be permanent or term life insurance, and usually requires you to take a medical exam to find out if you qualify for coverage.
Guaranteed issue life insurance does not require any health exams, and you don't answer any questions about your health.
