Usually, term policies offer coverage lasting for a duration from 10 to 30 years.
You may be able to choose a policy duration of 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 years of coverage.
If the insured person dies during the policy term, the death benefit is paid out to the beneficiary of the life insurance policy.
If the insured person outlives the duration of the term life policy, there is no payout of any benefits.
